Here’s my meal ideas & recipes! A ton of these can be found in Food Baby, and I shared links for others that I came across. I’ll plan to share pics & tips throughout the next few weeks as well, and if you have ANY questions ever – let me know!

PBJ, Deli Sandwiches, Meatball Subs, Tuna Melts,Tuna or Chicken salad
Charcuterie Night | Fruit, nuts, cheese, crackers, veggies & dip whatever you can find! | At all times I have a frozen Trader Joes cheese wheel & log of salami in my fridge. Grab some nuts, cut up some cheese, add a fruit or veggie and have a snacky dinner night! Even better – make a picnic out of this in the middle of your living room. Pour yourself a glass of wine & get cozy!
Breakfast for Dinner | for starters, this is a kids’ favorite dinner, but it’s also so easy to find SOMETHING around the kitchen you can whip up for a breakfast night!
French Toast, Pancakes, Cereal, English Muffins, Oatmeal, Bacon, Sausage
Biscuits & Gravy Casserole | Food Baby | Page 5
Breakfast Burritos | Can freeze a ton at once to have a bunch on hand! | Food Baby | Page 6
Things to Bake | Use this crazy time to get creative & cure your sweet tooth. I always have a brownie or cake mix on hand. I have to say – I’m not the best baker around, but I love to do it! Monster cookies, especially, is one of those recipes you can use virtually anything in your pantry! I attached the ones I did recently and omg they were heaven. Another Pioneer Woman fave.

Thanksgiving Dinner | Somehow I came across 2 stuffing mixes, canned yams, cornbread mix, cranberries, green beans, cranberries, fried onions – the works. Throw together a salad and mashed potatoes and call it a day! I mean I barely eat the turkey anyway, so I’m totally down to wing a random Thanksgiving dinner!
