Instant Pot Tortilla Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 can chickenbroth

  • 1 can beef broth

  • 1 can diced tomatoes

  • 2 cups water

  • Chick – 2 large frozen breasts (but can use fresh)

  • ¼ C chopped green pepper

  • ½ C chopped onion

  • Spices – 1 TBSp chili powder, 1 tsp cumi, salt & pep to taste

Directions:

Add all ingredients to the pot. If using frozen chicken, put on high for 16 minutes, if using fresh – cook on 8-10. Quick release, shred the chicken and put it back in. Top with avocado, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onion, cilantro, tortilla chips, lime!
